This is a wonderful fresh wine, minerals, apple and some herbs in the end. Beautiful colour, smell and taste. Could drink it every day.
Très surprenant. Nez tout léger, ah ces petites fleurs blanches 😊 !! J'adore ! Pas trop sucré comme pourrait le faire croire le bout de votre langue. C'est tendu et très long. Chouette.
C'est frais, légèrement acidulé, vivant, fruité, parfait sur une terrasse ensoleillée à l'heure de l'apéro.
Délicieux,tendu,gras,légèrement fumé et une fin de noisette !
Le Temps Fait Tout Blanc 2016 (Remi Poujol) 20% Clairette & 80% Ugni Blanc 🍇 ▫️ Let's have a white wine from Remi Poujol. I'm a fan of his Brutal and the characteristics of his other red wines. Spring is around the corner which brings me in the mood for some good Vin Blanc 🙂 ▫️ Le Temps Fait Tout Blanc is a friendly, nice and cloudy, soft and round wine with an elegant mouthfeel. In the beginning it has some energetic fizz which fades out a bit. The forefront is pretty vegatal with grass and remotely some mint, but it also has a bit of stoney minerality. Far away some tropical pre-ripe melon and papaya-like tones also come to mind. Balanced acidity from sour green apples and good citrus bitters give it extra character and the right amount of funk from gentle yeastiness makes it exciting too! ▫️ I read it had carbonic maceration for 10 days, which would explain the nice energy this wine has. ▫️ Sweetness: dry. Very first aroma right after opening, wet leaf, rustic. After that pleasure tart aroma like fruit. Sweet pear. Flavor is pleasure tart, wet, rustic, apple? Quite complex and well balanced.

Wonderful blend! We can almost feel each grappe. My very first bottle of natural wine was a red Le Temp Fait Tout from Remi Poujol. That was 12 years ago. For me It is important to have this wine in my cellar. Bombastique! Quelle quille !

Very well balanced, this 2020 combo of ugni blanc and clairette - of which I was told 20% aged in amphorae, the remainder in stainless steel and glass containers. Vivid acidity, slightly floral, but predominantly mineral. Notes of acacia, wet rock, and a hint of flint. Went down like water, bottled empty in no time.
