I vini di Nadia Verrua sono un giorno della festa. L’avrei detto del suo Teresa (primo amore...) lo dico oggi del suo Bandita, ovvero un Barbera bello e buono e suo (di Nadia!) con una frutto fragrante di mora in bocca che e’ la cifra di Cascina Tavjin e una beva ed una aromaticità rustica e di fieno e...vita che è la bellezza di questo vitigno Piemontese meraviglioso. “Voglio vederti danzare” del Maestro Battiato racconta emozioni simili a quelle di questo bellissimo Barbera di Nadia Verrua. Ps: a disconoscere facili luoghi comuni, questa bottiglia e’ stata bevuta, gustata ed amata in Agosto accompagnando una pasta verdure pomodoro e peperone
