Un jus d’assemblage 2/3 de Chardonnay et 1/3 de Sauvignon sur l’appellation IGP Ardèche. Nez très atypique sur 2017, de belles notes de fruits jaune, de noix, presque nez de vin de voile ! En bouche le vin est ample, gras, et fini avec encore de belles acidités. Une belle surprise à 12€ prix caviste. Terroir argilo-calcaire de la rive droite (Massif central), sur les communes de Villeneuve de Berg et Morestel.
