Une grosse bombe de fruits. Très expressif au nez. Un joli gras en bouche. Sur un aïoli marseillais ou une friture de supions. Un délice!

Robe très claire, jaune pâle. Au nez parfum de zeste de citron / citron vert et de fruit jaune très mûre, de foin, d'humus, de pierre mouillée. En bouche acidité citronnée puis une pointe florale et finale de levure, entre céleri et fenouil. Sans longueur. Pas ma tasse de thé. C'est vraiment au goût un jus de raisins fermenté, proche d'un vin mais pas vraiment fini. Impression brouillonne, (comme le VN rouge d'ailleurs) et là renforcé par ce goût de levure persistant et plutôt rédhibitoire pour ma part.
First natural white I can really say I’ve had, and it definitely has left me wanting more. Very interesting sediment left behind, thought it was shreds of cork at first, after more scrupulous inspection it was determined to be sediment not cork. Farmhouse hay etc., drank it a few days ago so some of my uneducated tasting notes are lost on me now.
Citrus, lime, very good acidic tension. Still love it. Just perfect for starting a lunch
Élaboré avec sept cépages autochtones du bas Penedès, souvent utilisés pour le cava. Courte macération (1 à 3 jours) avant vinification en cuves d'acier. Vive acidité. C'est frais, croquant et sauvage!
Belle couleur dû à la macération, bouche très fraîche portée sur l'amande amère. Tendu et complexe grâce à la multiplicité des cépages !!!
This was a weird one. Brett blast upon opening, salty seaside; friendly farmyard. This blew away and left refreshing white peach. Light and fresh. This however didn’t last long and the wine collapsed into salad dressing within 30 mins. Maybe wasn’t for me. Would try again on a hot day when I wasn’t already a few wines in. At 10% it would suit a day at the beach.
So excited to finally try one of her wines! Salty, blood orange, and herbs explode.
