Costadilà, based in San Lorenzo (TV), one of the first wineries to enhance the type of wine
colfondo, the sparkling wine made from native white berried grapes of the Treviso hills.
In the vineyard the processing is natural, without resorting to synthetic chemicals, with the aim of obtaining one
healthy and qualitative production, a fruit rich in substances and flavors.
In the cellar the wine ferments with its own indigenous yeasts, without resorting to any chemical interventions that can
affect the naturalness of the vinification and distort the final product.
Costadilà is a point of reference for connoisseurs of natural wines, known and appreciated in Italy and
abroad, which testify to the talent, passion and vision of the founder Ernesto Cattel, the winemaker
farmer, or - as he liked to define himself - articulator and his deep empathic relationship with history, the
traditions and culture of the places.
