Surprenant Nous l'avons accompagné avec un tartare puis divers fromages... excellent
Une belle macération ça marche quand même bien avec ces cépages aromatiques. Que c'est bon.
Une couleur chaude, servi frais. Le parfum du gewurz emplit les narines, ça sent le bonbon, Le fruit mûr... Et dans la bouche le sucre passe très légèrement et ne reste pas pour laisser place à l'arôme. Belle utopie....
Macération de gewurztraminer. Encore meilleur quand il y en a plus : Magnum !

Wow! Can’t say I cared much for gewurztraminer in the past but this incredible. Extremely elegant and evolving slightly with every mouthful, stone fruit, peach and apricots changing to herbal spices and nose heads to floral town. Had a magnum and it disappeared quickly!

Les macerations de Kumpf et Meyer resteront pour moi un des meilleurs souvenirs de vin orange dégusté dans l'année. La macération est parfaitement maîtrisée. Ça reste frais, herbacée, mielleux, digeste. Les amères sont présents mais très légers et n'enlèvent rien la fraîcheur incroyable. Un côté tropical et fleuri lié au cépage. Superbe.
Très belle richesse aromatique. Accompagné d'une grosse acidité. Notes de litchi et de coing confit ainsi que d'epices fraîches. Très belle équilibre
C’est super floral, sureau. rose au nez Et minéral, à la dégustation avec le gewurztraminer en arrière plan mais bien présent Excellent !

It was my first orange wine and I think it is great introduction to orange wines. Fresh, delicate, but a little bit sour.
