For decades the Gravner family has been producing wine made from grapes grown in their own vineyards in Oslavia, on the border between Italy and Slovenia. For forty years the visionary theme of Joško has been taking place, who by studying, learning and changing his way of seeing wine has arrived today. A current time that summarizes all the previous times in the ancestral simplicity to bottle a wine without adjectives, which is one and only: wine. Today, especially the autochthonous grape varieties are vinified to realize the dream of an authentically territorial wine, with interventions integrated with the times and ways of nature and that take their inspiration from nature, in the vineyard and in the cellar.
