The Estate was created in 2011, it is located on the Collioure terroir for 8ha and on Saint André for 17ha.
All the work is done by hand at the pace of the vineyard, with the “xadic” (in Catalan: very sharp light pickaxe), the motor cultivator in slightly sloping areas and with a horse when possible.
The farm is certified AB Organic Agriculture.
The winemaking process is carried out without oenological inputs and without synthetic chemical products and without sulfites.
Wine produced by the Domaine’s vineyard.
No rose wines at the moment.
