🐭 😉 Wild acidity and funk of which I'm a fan. Reminds me of homemade huckleberry streusel, but I can't say I'm the best baker. Drank in the wrong order! It'll certainly get better in a couple years though so i'm looking forward to round two.

Wild one Intense, focused on vegetable and earthy notes, with light and juicy palate, without any tannins
Intense berries flavors with a hint of pepper. Complex, light in body, long finish, medium acidity.
Balanced, subtly fruity. Almost muddy brown red color. Blackberries. So good 👌🏾
Pineau d’aunis !!! Pas l’impression de boire du vin. 10% d’alcool. Perplexe. Un peu déçu.
So refreshingly light juice! Lavender, red berries and orange peel on the nose fresh tart cranberries and cherries on the tongue. Chug!
Délicat, fin. Mérite d’être ouvert une bonne heure à l’avance. Une première bonne expérience avec ce domaine. Tape pas mal niveau alcool
A remarkable + brooding bottle. Nose has VA but it’s not present on palate. Tastes of green peppercorns, walnut leaves, black currants.
