Pineau d’aunis !!! Pas l’impression de boire du vin. 10% d’alcool. Perplexe. Un peu déçu.
🐭 😉 Wild acidity and funk of which I'm a fan. Reminds me of homemade wild huckleberry cobbler, but I won't claim to be a good baker. Drank in the wrong order! It'll certainly get better in a couple years though so i'm looking forward to round two.

Cassis, violet nose. Concentrated fruit flavor on the palette.
