Earthy, lots of dried fruit including currants. Not a ton of tannins or acidity.
Super natural wine Ripe and smoky nose, plum, black cherry, violet, sweet spices, cinnamon, licorice, black pepper, earthy notes Dry palate with rounded tannins, medium acidity and bitter aftertaste
Réservé pour cette fois, on l'aurait presque pris pour un grand Gamay bu trop jeune. Fruit présent dans une bouche dense et compacte. À attendre peut-être ou dans une phase délicate
Un Syrah très fin, délicat. Beau travail, respect. Mais trop sage pour moi
Comme un puits de Syrah, à la fois profond et suave. Je l'ai carafé une heure, le temps de préparer un hachis parmentier. J'en prenais une petite gorgée de temps en temps pour m'assurer que tout se passait bien et tout se passait bien, bien sûr ! C'était très bon avec le hachis. Quelle misère de n'en avoir qu'une seule bouteille.
