Initially, in the heights of the Ardèche between Vienne and Valance, this farm was intended to be polyculture. Jean's grandparents worked cereals, orchards, herds and vines. The wine was then a table wine of current consumption. Parents in the 60s chose the cooperative cellar and the wines in appellations. The culture of wine is changing and it is in this context that Jean Delobre in 1984 continues the work of peasant-winegrower. In 1997, he created and joined a group of "organic" winemakers at the cooperative winery. First 1ha then the whole farm is converted to organic and biodynamic agriculture for the vine. From 2001, he led his biodynamic vinification solo. The harvest is manual. The grapes are picked healthy and fully ripe. Zero yeasting, no addition of enzymes, yields of 35hl / h, daily handling with pumping over and punching down without extensive extractions. The juices which macerate for around twenty days are not filtered and ferment in open concrete tanks, they are slightly sulphited, only if necessary.

Au départ, dans les hauteurs de l’Ardèche entre Vienne et Valance, cette ferme avait pour vocation d’être en polyculture. 
Les grands-parents de Jean travaillaient des céréales, des vergers, des troupeaux et des vignes. Le vin était alors un vin de table de consommation courante. Les parents dans les années 60 choisirent la cave coopérative et les vins en appellations. La culture du vin change et c’est dans ce contexte que Jean Delobre en 1984 continue le travail de paysan-viticulteur. 
En 1997, il créé et rejoint un groupe de vigneron « bio » à la cave coopérative. D’abord 1ha puis l’ensemble de la ferme est convertie en agriculture biologique et biodynamie pour la vigne.
A partir de 2001, il mène en solo ses vinifications en biodynamie.
Les vendanges sont manuelles. Les raisins sont ramassés sains et à pleine maturité.
Zéro levurage, pas d'ajout d'enzymes,  rendements de 35hl/h, manipulations quotidiennes avec remontages puis pigeages sans extractions poussées. Les jus qui macèrent une vingtaine de jours ne sont pas filtrés et fermentent en cuves béton ouvertes, ils légèrement sulfités, seulement si  nécessaire.
