Juicy, light on the tannins, damp jasmine on the nose, super jammy, slightly sweet. Glou glou.
I popped it a little bit chilled from the fridge. Violet hue. Mmmm, smells a bit carbonic bubble gummy. Like red beets and pink bubblegum. Nice little spicy guy. A gentle dusting of tannins. That natural dense core of the Syrah is there. But as if it was left out in the snow, and we brought it in and it was like a gobbstopper. Hard center. Outer shell dusts off. Delish.
Un vin bien fait mais sans émotion. A ce prix là, on retiendra quand même de la fraîcheur pour de la Syrah. Moins de 11€. Je suis toujours étonné de voir des vins si peu chers, aussi pures (etc.) inonder le marché et faire le consensus en très peu de temps. Il y aurait quand même un peu de sulfites que ça ne m’étonnerait pas. Des levures ? Je vais goûter les autres cuvées...
