Blanc de noir, 100% Pinot Noir. Robe dorée, brillante et cristalline. Dès le nez c'est l'explosion aromatique, notes fruitées se mêlent aux notes florales et minérales. Au palais c'est le feu d'artifice aromatique ! Des notes de fruits du verger, poires, melons, mêlées à des notes de chèvrefeuille, d'anis le tout accompagné de touches minérales et d'une légère note poivrée. La finale est très minérale, piquante.
