No Autoclave Rosato is an almost single varietal Salamino di Santa Croco with a minimal addition of Pignolesco. The vines grow on sandy soils interspersed with tongues of clay. After the manual harvest, the first fermentation is spontaneous, the second in bottle without any interference, without the addition of sulfur and without filtration. On the nose we find aromas of bright red berries and especially earthy notes. The palate is taut with decent acidity pull and mineral, salty finish.
