Puissant minéral, pressurage en grappes entières lui donnant d’intéressants côtés amers.
Le vin est frais avec cette trame épicée si caractéristique pour les jurançon sec. Ultra bon comme tout ce qui passe entre les mains de Fabien Jouves. Grâce à cette cuvée collaborative je découvre un autre vigneron de talent, Vincent Maysounave, dont j'espère goûter d'autres merveilles.
