Mon 1er vin naturel catalan. Et en plus il est orange !...;-) Macération en cuve inox pour ce 100% grenache sur ardoise noire. Suivi d'une fermentation en cuve inox aussi, après pressurage "soft". C'est schisteux, c'est droit, très droit même pour un vin non filtré. Et vu le degré d'alcool -14,5%- ça doit être vendangé bien mûr. Et pourtant on garde bien la vivacité et l'acidité. Cela dit, ça manque de fruité et d'arômes à mon goût, et surtout, c'est pas assez long en bouche.
