Created in 2002, the estate comprises ten hectares in the town of Tavel between Avignon and Uzès. It is completed by two hectares of Lirac, one hectare along the Rhône at St Genies de Comolas and three additional hectares west of Nîmes. The vines are cultivated according to the specifications of organic farming (Ecocert certification). The harvest is carried out by hand, in boxes. After a period of maceration, the grapes are vinified without sulphur, without exogenous yeasts, without acidification, in whole bunches.
