Can’t believe how good this wine is! It’s made with Teroldego grapes and it’s like they’re vinified like a rosé wine. It’s characterized by small red fruits (raspberries and strawberries) and subtle tertiary (animal) hints on the nose. It is light bodied with refreshing acidity - loved every single sip of it ❤️
Funky, farmy followed by red fruits cranberry, strawberry and currents; reminiscent of rosé. Dry nice acidity, very well balanced. Absolute juicer!

Colore rubino brillante. Olfatto intenso e fine, Complesso Fruttato: ribes, lampone. Floreale : violetta, fiori rossi bagnati. Vegetale: erba tagliata, felce. Selvatico: corteccia e terra bagnata. Sorso sorprendentemente sapido e fresco, caldo e morbido. Tannini vellutati. Gusto pieno ed equilibrato. Persistente e delicato il finale.

La nouvelle petite bombe d’Elisabetta Foradori: un teroldego bien sûr, le cépage emblématique des dolomites italiennes, mais cette fois-ci vinifie en rosé, c’est frais, très fruité, avec une belle tension et une belle acidité, malgré les difficultés de l’Anne 2017 (les vignes ont pris la grêle), le resultate est très prometteur! Bravo!
