The surface cultivated with vines is approximately 7.5 ha, the soil is predominantly clayey and the rows are divided into a sinuous hilly surface 5km from the Ionian Sea and 10km from Aspromonte.

The cultivated varieties are Calabrese Nero, Greco Nero, Aglianico and Gaglioppo, black grapes; Greco Bianco and Falanghina are the white grapes.

In the vineyard, we fertilize with organic material (manure, compost, green manure, company residues), treat with copper/sulphur/sodium bicarbonate, and use essential oils (sweet oranges, neem).

The harvest is strictly manual, with careful selection of the grapes.

In the cellar, we only use grapes from our own production, which are destemmed and pressed within a few hours of harvesting; we let fermentation occur spontaneously thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts.

We follow all the phases of winemaking, intervening where necessary with oxygenation (pumping over and punching down) and with temperature control, in order to allow the grapes to express themselves at their best and "supporting" the work of the indigenous yeasts.

We work exclusively with stainless steel tanks to guarantee the maximum expression of the grape variety and fruity notes. For refinement, we work with the fine lees, practising "sur lies" refinement.

Our goal is to enhance our land and its native varieties and produce an authentic, healthy and genuine wine that brings the true flavour of the grapes into the glass.

Nasciri &egrave; un&rsquo;Azienda Agricola biodinamica che sorge in un&rsquo;oasi incontaminata a due km dal centro storico di Gerace (RC), sulla costa ionica reggina, lontano da qualsiasi fonte di inquinamento.&nbsp;
La superficie coltivata a vigna &egrave; di circa 7.5 ha, i terreni sono prevalentemente argillosi e i filari si articolano in una sinuosa superficie collinare a 5km dal mar Jonio e 10km dall&rsquo;Aspromonte.&nbsp; Le variet&agrave; coltivate sono Calabrese Nero, Greco Nero, Aglianico e Gaglioppo, uve a bacca nera; Greco Bianco e Falanghina invece le uve a bacca bianca.
In vigna lavoriamo tramite concimazione con materiale organico (letame, compost, sovescio, residui aziendali), trattamenti con rame/zolfo/bicarbonato di sodio e olii essenziali (arance dolci, neem).&nbsp; La vendemmia &egrave; rigorosamente manuale con accurata selezione delle uve.&nbsp;
In cantina utilizziamo esclusivamente uva di nostra produzione, che viene diraspata e pigiata entro poche ore dalla raccolta, lasciamo che la fermentazione avvenga spontaneamente grazie alla presenza di lieviti indigeni.&nbsp;
Seguiamo tutte le fasi della vinificazione intervenendo ove necessario con l&rsquo;ossigenazione (rimontaggi e follature) e con il controllo della temperatura, al fine di permettere alle uve di esprimersi al meglio e &ldquo;supportando&rdquo; il lavoro dei lieviti indigeni.&nbsp; Lavoriamo esclusivamente con cisterne in acciaio inox per garantire la massima espressione del vitigno e delle note fruttate. Per l&rsquo;affinamento lavoriamo con le fecce fini praticando l'affinamento "sur lies&rdquo;.&nbsp;
