Intenso , teso , il colore tradisce ma naso e bocca svoltano su una gran tensione
Il sapido e il balsamico qui la fanno da padrone. Di una beva semplice pur essendo un vino non facile. Dario Princic rimane uno dei miei vignerons preferiti, il migliore pur essendo un po' "talebano". Chapeau!
Des arômes de noix, presque oxydatif, mêlés à du fruit compoté et rouge vif, le vin est subtil et délicat. Une beauté.
