Des arômes de noix, presque oxydatif, mêlés à du fruit compoté et rouge vif, le vin est subtil et délicat. Une beauté.
Deep toffee colour, evolved ripe fruit, with a bite of bitterness on the finish. Paired with an asparagus + ricotta tarte fine.
Going very strong, bit of aggresive nose but loved it
