Dès l’ouverture le nez apparaît ouvert fruité et juteux. Après 1h en carafe le vin s’offre bien, avec un certain volume, de la concentration aux nuances fines et aériennes typique du gamay bien fait. Le fruit est pur, la texture fine et souple. Déjà des notes sous bois perceptible sur le cave 2019. Un beau potentiel d’évolution sur 3/5 ans, mais c’est déjà un délice en l’état.
Alors là attention ! Vin (très) serieux, profond, pas du tout facile à deviner dans le beaujolais. Perso j'étais bien plus au sud. Vallée du Rhône minimum. Un vin classieux, pas du tout barré, punk ou funky. Peut tenir sur une table avec beau papa et belle maman sans causer de brouille familiale 😁😁
