Rock n Roll a l’ouverture avec du gaz. Après une bonne aération le jus devient précis, aérien, avec un toucher de bouche soyeux. Très jolie quille.
Nose: Subtle, fresh cool air-like, like opening a window the first morning of summer - tasting of mandarins on the branch, just ripe hazelnuts and wild strawberries - a beatiful beautiful wine - with lemon, sole, melted butter..... potatoes, sweet peas... mmmm.
