Doré doré ! Sec, très parfumé. Cépage très local. Super en apéro ou sur un dessert aux fruits. On adore !
Une expérience vraiment réussie ! On sent bien qu'il y a pas mal d'alcool mais c'est pas désagréable comme parfois ! On sent de l'oxydation aussi, légèrement. Tout ça est bien équilibré, ça vaut le coup de tester du mauzac vert !! Je pense que c'est le seul domaine français à en vinifier d'ailleurs...
Du corps ! Petit passage en carafe, le temps d’observer avec plaisir la très belle robe dorée, profonde et légèrement trouble. Des petits reflets oranges dans la carafe, une jolie matière soyeuse. Au nez on est tout droit sur la pomme avec des petites notes florales, type infusion ou tisane, et un côté anisé. C’est très délicat. En bouche c’est la surprise, beaucoup de corps, de matière...c’est solide ! On reste sur la pomme avec une très belle amertume en fin de bouche. Un très joli blanc, parfait pour la table.
