C'est du lourd ! Nez épicé, tendance poivres. En bouche beaucoup de matière, de notes de fruits noirs, de prunes bleues, encore du poivre. C'est très structuré avec beaucoup de puissance tout en restant vraiment élégant et pas du tout agressif. La finale est chauffante, salivante. Bref un beau partenaire pour un joli carré d'agneau ou une viande de caractère. Comme tout ce que j'ai goûté jusqu'à présent chez les Plageoles, un vrai délice !
