C’est orange, comme les oxydations bien maîtrisées. Mais ce rosé oxydé, sur l’acidité du fruit, reste un gros glouglou. On ne dit pas assez de bien des frères Amiel, qui élèvent sans vergogne des cépages bordelais, italiens, languedociens, et en font leurs propres jus inventifs, à Montblanc, dans l’Hérault. Et tu sais pourquoi leur rosé est orange? Ben parce que c’est le Chamonix Montblanc!
