A la fois Croquant et élégant... Vinification velours... De l'émotion!
Le Pinot Noir est décidément un grand cépage alsacien. Maîtrisé et chouchouté, il donne des merveilles ! Ici le fruit (rouges, cerises, ...) et la fraîcheur séduisent. Mais il y aussi le savoir-faire des Frères d’Ammerschwihr ... Merci pour ça !
Formidable pinot Nez un peu typé nature au début puis fruits noirs et framboise voire chocolat Bouche pétillante au début qui laisse la place aux arômes de cassis fruits noirs chocolat et avec une belle amertume Structuré mais souple Sue du plaisir Une syrah ? Un cote du Rhône ? Non un pinot surprenant mais enthousiasmant !!
