Sooooooo good! One of the best wines this year! I love the volatile acids! Notes of cherrys and perhaps apricots. Nice acidity. Easy drinking! Must get another bottle. Genius!
Délicieux ! Perlan comme les Gamays d'Auvergne que j'affectionne tant, sauf qu'ici c'est bien sûr de la Syrah, pour un vin frais, aérien et même légèrement sucré.
Freestyle la Syrah. Ma femme à la première gorgée « faut pas dire aux gens que c’est du vin ». Au second verre « c’est sympa en fait ». Belle acidité, un peu de sucre résiduel, un peu de gaz, du fruit (groseille? framboise?) sans filtre. Peu de matière, aucune longueur mais ça reste parfait en apéro rigolo
