Dans cet assemblage de xarel-lo de 90% de 2016 élevé 4 mois en cuve inox et 10% de 2015 élevé un an en fûts de chêne français, c'est peut-être pour ça qu'il a un côté chenin. C'est fin, dense, fruité, salin, confit, mineral, un modèle de vin blanc nature.
Catalan. Fermentation naturelle qui lui donne une note oxydative me rappelant le sherry sec. Très bon rapport qualité / méthode / prix
Légèrement fruité et salin, répond parfaitement aux attentes du xarel-lo. Beau rapport qualité prix.
A little bit of: Fruity/ dry/ sweet but nice drinkable white. Would be great on a sunny day. Fairly priced too!
Un juste équilibre entre du minéral et du fleuri. Surtout ne pas le boire trop frais. Ce vin catalan est aussi lumineux que son nom (luciole).
Bang for your buck, a very friendly and clean wine. Notes of sourish apples and subtle apricot/ peachy vibes.
