Un minimum d'intervention pour un maximum d'expression ! Tout est dit.. Dans cet assemblage de xarel-lo de 90% de 2016 élevé 4 mois en cuve inox et 10% de 2015 élevé un an en fûts de chêne français, c'est peut-être pour ça qu'il a un côté chenin. C'est fin, dense, fruité, salin, confit, mineral, un modèle de vin blanc nature.
