C’est doux ! On arrive pas a lui trouver le petit plus qu’il faudrait mais ça se boit très (trop) facilement..
Très bon ! Sur des fruits rouges style cerise acidulée ou grenade. Une légère acidité qui vient apporter une jolie fraîcheur tres agréable. On pourrait même dire, un petit goût de bonbon hyper gourmand, mais tout en restant très souple et léger en bouche. C’est vraiment agréable à boire, notamment en dégustant un bon plat végétal... Un bon bojo comme on les aime !

Très facile a boire, tout léger ça passe aussi bien avec l’apéro, le fromage et même les rillettes de poisson
Parfait pour l’apéro, un peu trop d’acidité à mon gout, je préfère d’autres gamay un peu moins cher.
Ça claque sous la langue et ça réveille le palais ! Brafo les Foillard !
