With a help from indigenous yeasts fermented in amphorae and Slavonian oak barrel. Aged for 10 months on lees. Blended 1 month before bottling. Unfiltered, unfined, no sulfites added. Very pleasant! Fresh and salty! Slurp!!
Perlé. Légèrement terreux à l'ouverture et magnifique sapidite. Puis s'arrondit et va vers le fruit blanc. Excellent.
