My goals are to produce a quality wine without oenological inputs for the pleasure of my consumers. My vineyard has an area of approximately 10 ha. In the vineyard, I do not use any chemicals, I grow the grapes organically (Domaine organic since 1998 but abandoned from 2015 to 2019 - I had to request a conversion again, I am in C2)). I work with essential oils and algae. The harvest is manual in 8.5g crates. In the cellar, the grapes are worked with care and gentleness. They are destemmed, put in vats (concrete, fiber or stainless steel), ferment naturally without adding yeast. No oenological inputs are added to the wine. I want to keep the aroma and all the characteristics of my terroir. Sometimes before bottling, we add 2g of SO2/HL so that the wine travels better.
No orange wines at the moment.
