Today it covers around fifteen hectares spread over different, very distinct terroirs.
Our desire is to highlight the extraordinary potential of our terroirs through extensive work in the vineyard (meticulous green work, severe leaf removal, regulation of the harvest, manual harvesting, etc.) in order to produce the most beautiful, most balanced grapes possible. and the healthiest. All while being in Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture.
At the cellar level, we work as cleanly and simply as possible, limiting the use of oenological products as much as possible; we work with native yeasts by preparing our own sourdoughs, we work by gravity and limit the use of sulfur until bottling.
