The small winery, with a capacity of 16,000 liters, is located on a 5ha farm that is planted with cherry trees, with the main vineyard, measuring 2.5ha, located separately, approximately 5 minutes away by car.
Given the small size of the vineyard, grapes are purchased from small farmers who treat the vines according to my specifications - use of copper and sulfur, together with some biodynamic solutions such as horsetail and nettle infusions.
Weed control will be carried out using steam in the near future. We do not carry out soil mobilization regularly, only when we believe that soil compaction is high and requires aeration to favor the vineyard biome.
Very recently, a new property, measuring 7.5 ha, was acquired to plant a new vineyard, based mainly on local and endangered white grape varieties, as well as red varieties in the same situation: local and almost endangered.
These grape varieties favor the reduction of the use of treatments, as they are local, very rustic and are extremely well adapted to the climate, having natural resistance to many diseases and pests.
No rose wines at the moment.
