Mild & soft Chenin with comfort level of acidity, little bit sweet aftertaste. Juicy, slightly fruity with a hint of mushroom in the first nose. Clean and easy to understand.
Fresh & lovely example of globalization. Wax, white flowers, honey; bright citric acidity, excellent weight and balance. Delicious, and appears disconcertingly French.
The nose shows fresh baked bread and honey. The palate is all about pears and waxy orange peel, dried herbs, fennel and an almost salty minerality.
