The sisters Alba and Airene finally together at La Producteria in chueca Madrid. Perfect wines, 100% natural. Nothing added except grapes and the usual magic used from Fabio Bartolomei. He recovered Albillo and Airén, two forgotten type of grapes, and he showed all of us that with those two you can make great creations like this. 10/10
11° légèrement macéré sans acidité et bien équilibré ! Vignes ancestrales qui ne servaient qu’au vin de table, abandonnées et ressuscitées !
