I was so excited when I heard of the return of Jordi Sanfeliù, the Catalan natural wine pioneer whose wines I loved from the moment I first tasted them 10 years ago, and who had vanished during the last three or four years, that I ordered a case of the white and a case of the red. This smelled like raspberry jam, with a little bit of vanilla flavored talcum powder. Good weight and balance, with a peppery finish. I kept half the bottle for the second day, when it had become jammier and the fruit seemed more artificial. Still young, of course, and the Sanfeliù wines that I loved in the past always had some years in them, so I'll just have to be patient with the rest of the case. Has anyone else tried this?
