A modest, light but very tasteful wine.
Soft and smooth. Pleasant tannin with fruity flavor.
Jammy blackberries followed by a touch of ripe cherry on the back of the nose. Juicy black currents slap you in he taste buds, followed by a nice rub down of raspberry. Medium high acid, almost like a sour lemon at the back end. Minimal oak, crisp finish with a little lingering fruit. Served chilled, amazing value for money!

Parfait avec des lasagnes végétariennes et du fromage espagnol bien sûr ! Un croque en fruits très dynamique , une légère acidité en fin de bouche, un nez très chocolaté!
