This white wine from Penedès features Macabeu grapes from Las Parelladas vineyard in Sant Sadurní. The calcareous soil contributes to its distinctive mineral and saline finish. Bottled without filtration or stabilization to maintain its natural character, it presents floral notes and a light, mineral structure.
