Rare local grape recovered by Spanish natural wine pioneer Manuel Valenzuela. Peaches and gunpowder, chewy, very interesting, but would benefit from more acidity.
Dégoté dans un bar à vins d'Andalousie ( merci RAI. 🎤 SIN) c'est 100% nature par pionnier du genre. C'est un vin d'altitude un poil oxydé (un poil souris aussi sur cette quille ...) bien tendu, aromatique, bien barré, généreux, vigoureux freedom! Forever! Comme c'est écrit sur la bouteille ! Enjoy !
