Orange, 7 days of skin contact. Old vineyard, granite valley. No filtration, bottled directly from the barrels. Bright nose with rustic notes plus quince or pear. Complexed taste. Was a good company for lamb, hummus and vegetables
A branco de curtimenta. May not have the same depth as a long maceration wine from Friuli, but it makes up for that with a beautiful light freshness
Non filtré donc légèrement trouble 12°5 jolie acidité et belle fraîcheur. Très agréable
Nose: mineral, fruits confits. Mouth: dry, agrumes, light tannins and a little effervescent.
