A wine obtained from 100% Grillo grapes, with ancestral vinification and maceration for six months in whole cluster steel. Thin notes of dried and candied fruit, followed by strong citrus and mineral flavours. The mouth is typical and fresh, tasty and balanced. In conclusion, an amazing wine to taste!!!
La claque... Une énergie folle et vibrante, une matière présente mais avec beaucoup de fraîcheur. Des notes d'abricots, de pêches jaunes, de pâte de fruit, et cette minéralité un peu fumante... Un régal !
