Découvert sur le millésime 2021 dans un restaurant de Saint Romain, l’effet « Waouw » a disparu. Est ce cette note d’évolution au nez dès l’ouverture qui me gêne ? Le prix ? (33€) Pas du tout de coup de cœur. Belle bouche, belle élevage. Ça manque de peps.
Chard Chard Chard!!! I first drank this in Paris, out of a mag, four years ago. Very happy to now drink it at my favorite NYC wine bar....as good as I remember it. It is showing very well!!
Tellement bon qu'on en a repris trois fois !
