Minerals. 👅: I feel that champagne a lot of the time is to bubbly, as if it almost gives u a burning sensation in ur mouth...overwhelming id say! This however got these perfectly tiny bubbles! 🍇: Malvasia di Candia 🌳: <10 year old vines. 5 hectares. 🏔: Gravel, clay. (Calcareous) 🗺: Val d’Enza - Emilia-Romagna. Alt: 500m. 🌦: Relatively cold alp-like weather. Harvest: September/October. Fermentation: Short maceration, in cuvé (steel). Frozen must added to refermentat when bottling. Aging: 6-8 months in bottles. Filtered: ❌ Clarified: ❌ Sulphites: (natural) <10mg/L. Alcohol: 11,5% Organic - Frizzante - I.G.P Drunk @ ”Organic” - Largo Adua 21, Bari.
