Al naso risulta pulito, con qualche leggerissimo sentore animale, tipico del lambrusco naturale. Al gusto presenta una bolla persistente, la parte amara del radicchio o del tarassaco, unita a note fruttate di amarena e ciliegie sotto spirito. Macerazione di 4 giorni sulle bucce e vinificazione in acciaio. Assemblaggio di uve locali.
