As if the wine carries the "wisdom" of its old stumps. The Rhea old vines remained in contact with the fine lees for a year and was vinified with spontaneous yeasts. Cretan music "accompanied" the wine throughout its maturation in the winery. The wine was bottled with minimal sulphites and without any other intervention.
