Without excesses, but full-bodied and rich, with charmingly ripe fruit along with multiple aromatic nuances. But everything is in balance, without excesses or a tendency to premature sensationalism. As if the wine carries the "wisdom" of its old stumps. The Rhea old vines remained in contact with the fine lees for a year and was vinified with spontaneous yeasts. Cretan music "accompanied" the wine throughout its maturation in the winery. The wine was bottled with minimal sulphites and without any other intervention.
