100% Cabernet Franc from Rheinhessen. Just briefly on the skins and pressed almost straight away, aged in stainless steel, unfiltered, 12%. Zesty grapefruit, a basket of fresh red berries and lively acidity. It had to give up the name Rosé because it is unfiltered, so it became José. Chill two bottles at 9 to 12 °C.
